How many of you have ever had a flat tire on your bike? What did you do? Who might have helped you? What about a broken chain? Who would you go to for help? Sometimes you can fix problems and concerns on your own, but sometimes you might need to go to others for support and help. Think about your supports that you use when you need help. Please access Mindmeister. Go to Create and See more Apps. You can find this App in the Chrome Store if it is not already in your Chrome Apps. Here is a collection of Tutorial Videos to help us get started. Once you have viewed "get started" video, you can click on icon to create your Mindmap. Here is your criteria: Criteria for Mind Map: R-7.2 Students analyze the need for short and long term support for emotional concerns. Eg. Family, friends, school, professionals. Theme of Mind map: "My Supports" Create a Map of your supports that provide you help during difficult times. Examples: friends (first name only), Parents, School, Community, Mentors and Trusted Adults. Students will analyze how thinking patterns influence feelings.
